Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series featuring innovative ramen collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country. Since launching in 2017, the Uncommon Ramen series has featured such celebrated chefs as Tommy Lee, Chris Shepherd, Aaron Franklin, Stephen Pyles, Alex Seidel, and Hai's own Tyson Cole, among others.
